My Experience

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and an accredited member of the NCPS. I approach my clients as individuals, there is no one-size-fits-all therapy when it comes to people, their identities, relationships and emotions. The reasons my clients come to counselling are very varied and often there is more to the story than what is on the surface. I have worked with feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress, anger, fear and trauma responses to name a few, but ultimately I work with people's emotional responses to their life. I hear a lot of clients say that they want to change something about themself, but what I witness is people stepping into themselves to become who they already are.

LGBTQIA+ Counselling

My Background

As a queer, trans+/non-binary person, I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and I'm well versed in gender, relationship and sexuality diversity, which serves me well for all clients no matter their identity. I follow an anti-oppressive approach that creates an open and welcoming space where my clients are free to bring their whole self to our sessions; particularly the parts that stay hidden due to mistreatment, discrimination and oppression.
